Identify and monitor the organization's culture to support the
attainment of the company's goals and promote employee
satisfaction.
Review and investigate all escalated employee complaints,
concerns, claims, and disputes to determine the appropriate
corrective actions.
Develop and implement policies on issues like working
conditions, performance management, dress code, disciplinary
procedures and absence management etc..
Present and assist in proposing HR related strategies and
initiatives.
Interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying
references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and
applicant qualifications with managers.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description
and job qualifications.
Develop and prepare job descriptions according to market
needs.
Write reports, proposals, and memorandums where necessary
Review and update employee handbook as necessary.
Interpret and advise on labor law policies.
Translation of documents, correspondences and company
policies from English to Arabic and vice versa.
Use of ERP system to record, maintain, plan and manage the
organization’s human resources.
